Orders in Canada over $150.00 receive free shipping.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame of approximately 7-20 business days, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers is critical to ensure timely delivery.


We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Just a friendly reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season, holidays or when experiencing high volume.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Returns on damaged product policy:
In case you have received a wrong or damaged item, you have up to 7 days from date of receipt to return your item.

Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once received, we will assess the item and send you a coupon code.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Reserved rights regarding shipping
The Spicy Balkan reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive return/damaged history
An irregular or excessive return/damage history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items

Similarly, The Spicy Balkan reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Delivery claims
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us at info@thespicybalkan.com within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.

The Spicy Balkan does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
