NO SEED OIL!
If you've ever made Ajvar from scratch, you know it’s not a quick process. We grill our red peppers and eggplants, grind them into a rich, smoky base, and then slow-cook the mixture for hours. This slow infusion allows the ingredients to develop deep, rich flavors. But the real magic happens when olive oil is added during the cooking process. Read more here why we don't use seed oil!
HOW TO ENJOY
Enjoy with perogies, grilled pitas, wraps, eggplant parmesan, avocado toast, fried tofu, grilled cheese, burgers, stews, pizza, sausages, sandwiches, eggs, lamb, chicken, ćevapi, schnitzel and more!
